Corinne Dale Koehl, “”Corin””, passed on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 9:07 a.m., Age 92 years. Preceded by her Beloved husband of 69 years, C G Koehl, Mother of Robert G. Koehl (wife-Kathy Tujague), Donald A. Koehl (wife-Marianne Musch), Dale J. Koehl (wife-Diane Leon) and Timothy D. Koehl. Daughter of the late Arthur and Jennie Dale.

Sister of the late Arthur Dale, Ferdinand Dale, Leonard Dale, and Maestri Dale, Grandmother of Christian, Anna Corin, Kristen, Kourtney, Kimberly, Sean, and Lynn. “”Corin”” Koehl began her professional career as a Model with exposure in New Orleans and New York. Later, “”Corin”” became a professional Hairdresser, quickly rising as an Internationally acclaimed super star competing throughout the United States and Europe. “”Corin”” opened her own Beauty Shop in the uptown section called “”Corin Koehl’s Garden Trade.” “”Corin”” progressed into teaching at New Orleans Barber and Beauty College, and Marinellos Beauty College before owning and operating MOLER BEAUTY COLLEGE, expanding to five (5) Campuses. As an educator, “”Corin”” wrote many books and developed teaching concepts and practices used today. “”Corin”” pioneered and published the Art of Permanent Makeup. “”Corin’s”” passing is the end of a long and storied Beauty Legend and Icon. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery), on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
